Better Late Than Never...

("but better never late", my dad would always add on.)

So who says Southern California doesn't experience all the seasons? They just show up a little late sometimes. Fall has finally arrived in our neck of the woods and I'm enjoying the pretty colors of the trees and of course the girls are enjoying crunching those leaves.

Hey, I thought the same thing the other day. As I was driving down a road I saw all these trees with orange/red/yellow leaves and I thought, "wait a minute, shouldn't this have happened in the Fall?" It was kind of strange...even our seasons are confused:)

Enjoy it! Fall is my favorite season. I won't tell you how cold it is here today. :)

You know me so well, Sweetheart! HA! Yeah, Autumn is my favorite time of the year too. Unfortunately, I don't revel in crunching leaves any more. Instead I have to rake them up and put 'em in the trash. :-)

Calvin & Trinity just swept the porch yesterday and now it's full of leaves again. They thought it was cool because it was raining leaves this morning. It turned out to be a beautiful day.
